CNC Gear Hobbing Machine – VAJRA Series:
VAJRA series of the Gear Hobbing machines are 6 Axes Gearless Gear Hobbing Machine with stiff Electronic Gear Box (EGB) to give the best synchronization to generate the most accurate gear profiles. These are high speed and high productive machines designed to give high accuracy and highest production output.
VAJRA series of the machines are available in 3 variants: VAJRA 130, VAJRA 250 and VAJRA 400 to meet specific needs of the customer. They are built with high rigidity which makes them capable of cutting gears up to 8 modules. Typical gears which can be cut are: spur gears, helical gears, splines, worm wheel and sprockets.
