CNC Spiral Bevel Gear Generator – TARANG 325

TARANG 325 is a standard 5-Axis CNC Spiral Bevel Gear Generator machine. It is offered with SIEMENS 828D numerical control system and uses a sliding cutter spindle to obtain high speed backlash-free generating motion.

The machine is equipped with Direct Drive technology in spindle and work head for high speed gear cutting along with a quick tool change mechanism to enhance productivity, accuracy and reduce overall cycle time. 

The machine consists of Composite Epoxy filling UCRIDE ® technology at suitable regions to support damping and reduce vibrations, hence enabling higher precision.
