During a recent visit to a customer site, our VAJRA CNC Gear Hobbing Machines demonstrated stack hobbing at its best.

Four components were stacked and hobbed in a single pass. The cycle ran at 800 RPM with a feed rate of 1.2 mm/rev and was completed in just 1 minute and 20 seconds!
