At Nimble Machines, technology and innovations are a way of life. Latest technologies such as Direct Drive for Hob spindle and worktable have been employed in machines. Backlash free electronic gearbox (EGB) is provided to eliminate the mechanical errors which would arise in the conventional machines with gear trains.
For ease of operation and reduction of non-value added times, quick change mechanisms for tool and user friendly macros have been developed for the machines.
High Speed Spindle:
Hob spindle are designed with high precision angular contact bearings with built in motor technology. Built in motors offer higher speed to torque characteristics. Spindle speeds can be customized depending on the application. Spindle are also available with gear box with torque multiplication for heavy duty applications.
Work Table:
Work table is designed with direct drive motor and Axial Radial roller bearings for highest rigidity and stiffness. Rotary tables are equipped with high resolution ring encoders for high accuracy and it allows provision for Rotary cylinder or Rotary cylinder for hydraulic work holding.
Quick Change HSK Hob arbor:
HSK integrated Arbor with adaptor for holding hollow bore Hobs. The adaptors facilities for quick change of Arbor , with just half turn of the adaptor allen key.
Swivel Axis
The swivel base of the machines are provided with double brake camping system, which enables rigid camping for the swivel axis.
And also, axis camps are provided on the tangential axis for secure clamping of linear guides.
